Now headquartered in South Florida, Prolific Prep has grown into one of the most influential and respected names in high school and prep basketball.
Known for its intense training culture, Prolific Prep attracts some of the best young players from across the United States and around the world, and competes against the nation's top programs. Its disciplined approach focuses not only on physical performance, but on basketball IQ, leadership, and professionalism.
Off the court, student-athletes are held to high academic standards and supported by a structured environment that fosters responsibility and accountability. Staff work closely with players and families through the college recruitment process, so athletes are prepared for life beyond high school basketball.
Jeremy Russotti and Philippe Doherty cross paths and begin training players of all ages across the country, earning a reputation for a functional, detail-oriented approach built on efficiency, fundamentals and basketball IQ.
Russotti and Doherty guide Josh Jackson through his final two high school seasons. His rise to national prominence validates the philosophy and sparks the idea for Prolific Prep.
Drawing on European sports academies, they launch a program that blends rigorous private high-school academics with professional-level training after school.
Headquartered in South Florida, Prolific Prep is a global destination for elite talent, with multiple NBA players and dozens of high-major collegiate athletes to its name.
Academics run through Xceed Preparatory Academy: personalized, flexible, and aligned with each student's goals.
Xceed was founded by Brent Goldman, Ed.D., and Richard Goldman, Ed.D. Dr. Richard Goldman served more than 20 years as Dean of Graduate Education at Nova Southeastern University and pioneered internet-based learning. In 1996 the Goldmans co-founded The Sagemont School in Weston, Florida, growing it to 800+ students with graduates accepted to Harvard, Princeton, Columbia and Vanderbilt.
